Cafeteria Plan and Design Administration
Many progressive employers now utilize a “cafeteria plan.” This employee benefit concept, which is authorized in IRC Section 125, provides numerous advantages for employee and employer alike. MB&WWA members (who have the necessary employee population – 30 or greater) need look no farther than their own trade association’s service corporation for the expertise required to develop, install, and administer a cafeteria plan.
