Distributor donating 350 turkeys in Detroit area, adopting families in six Michigan cities DETROIT/HIGHLAND PARK – Great Lakes Wines & Spirits, Michigan's leading distributor of alcoholic beverages, today announced they will help families across the Detroit area put good food on the table by donating 350 turkeys to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit and the Michigan Chapter of Volunteers of America in Southfield. The distributor will also “adopt” nine families in six cities across Michigan during the holiday season.
