The MB&WWA is now conveniently located directly across the street from the State Capitol on the 8th floor of Boji Tower in downtown Lansing. Our new Hop & Vine Room offers an elevated event experience, featuring expanded space, an inviting atmosphere, stunning Capitol views, and an expansive bar. We look forward to welcoming you!

RAISING THE BAR

Our beautiful, fully equipped bar is the centerpiece of the Hop & Vine Room. All beer and wine are served on draught by professional, friendly bartenders and are available exclusively for evening events. From glassware to seating, every detail is designed to create a seamless and sophisticated experience.

ADVANCED AV

The Hop & Vine Room features four AV-equipped TVs for digital presentations and a state-of-the-art sound system with wireless microphone capability, ensuring crystal-clear audio and seamless connectivity for every event.

SEATING WITH A VIEW

The Hop & Vine Room offers a variety of seating, from cocktail and larger eight-person tables to lounge-style areas and, of course, the expansive bar. Enjoy stunning views of the Capitol and all the way down Michigan Avenue.

CONFERENCE ROOMS FOR LEGISLATIVE USE

The MB&WWA is pleased to offer dedicated meeting space for legislative use at our new headquarters, including a large boardroom, smaller conference rooms for up to four and eight people, and a private office. To inquire about reserving one of these spaces, please contact Bre Swift.

  • Utilize the below calendar of events to see if your desired date is available.

  • There is a $75 fee for any fundraising event. There are no room fees for staff trainings or caucus events.

  • Morning events can start as early as 7:30 a.m. The room will be accessible for morning events from 7:00 a.m. onwards and 45 minutes before the scheduled start for afternoon or evening events.

  • Use of the Hop & Vine Room does not constitute as an endorsement by the MB&WWA. The room is available to all incumbents and candidates or for caucus events.
