The rental fee for the Hop & Vine Room is $75 and must be remitted by check only. Payment is due on or before the date of your event. Please make checks out to "MB&WWA." MB&WWA staff will follow up with a separate invoice.

Hop & Vine Room Booking Request

Selecting a caterer and making all food arrangements for your event is your responsibility. This includes non-alcoholic beverages. You may utilize the caterer of your choice and are responsible for any items needed for your event (cups, utensils, serving dishes, etc.). Please note that our kitchen is for storage only as it is not certified for commercial use. Please keep this in mind when planning your food.

To keep the possibility of technical difficulties to a minimum, we request that you send any PowerPoint slideshows or displays to bswift@mbwwa.org at least 24 hours in advance of your event, if possible. We understand "last minute" circumstances and will always do our best to accommodate. However, we cannot guarantee a working PowerPoint without sufficient notice.
